I lied!

It appears that Kucinich impeachment bill has been referred to the Subcommittee on the Constitution, Civil Rights, and Civil Liberties. It is quite possible that this Subcommittee holds the keys to the kingdom.

I cannot find that the HRes 333 has being on the Subcommittee's calendar. Another brilliant mind was trying to do some investigating on the members of this SC.

A good starting note is that Nadler (chairman of this subcommittee) was one of the 39 co-sponsors of Conyer's HRes 635. This was the bill in 06 that Conyers put to Congress (remember we were the minority) to impeach Bush. Some believe Conyers withdrew this bill as a Quid Pro Quo with Nancy to get the Chairmanship of the HJC.
