Impeachment:

Impeachment is a political decision by Congress that the President has so damaged the Republic and the constitution that he should NOT be in office.

It does not have to be an indictable offense. (This he stated concerns him as he hears on TV Constitutional law experts state that it has to be a CRIME and/or INDICTABLE offense. Must admit that I to thought it had to be a CRIME to start impeachment process).
